Mandatory requirements ・A series of project management experience from requirements definition to release in system development projects ・Those who can negotiate and communicate with various stakeholders in the project, such as clients, engineers, web directors, and sales ・Those who can imagine how each request/requirement will affect the UI or program ・Those who can imagine what the system should be, not what the current system is welcome requirements ・Knowledge of insurance business ・Web application development experience ・SaaS or package introduction experience ・Web marketing/growth experience ・ Those who can imagine a series of user behavior processes from inflow to conversion desired figure ・A person who has a strong passion for improving the organization and spares no effort in any situation ・Those who can find what they need to do by themselves instead of receiving instructions from someone ・Those who can communicate appropriately not only with engineers but also with members of all occupations in the organization ・Those who can continue to catch up with technology trends regardless of whether they are used directly at work |
