Job Description	臨床試験のSMA(In-house CRAとして、試験実施期間中における内勤業務に加え、 Remoteでのモニタリング業務もお任せします。※出張・外勤は原則発生しません。 ※業務量・業務時間等にご制約・ご要望がある方はICON採用担当者に一度ご相談ください（カジュアル面談でのご相談も可能）【業務概要】SMAは機密保持契約書（ CDA ）や施設要件調査票 SRQ) 、個人情報取得同意書（PIC）等の送付及び回収業務に始まり、治験届の作成、IRBの申請やEssential Documentの収集を担当。なお、初回IRB申請、 Site Activationに必要なEDの収集のみならず治験期間中のIRB申請やEDの収集も含め対応。
