From then he has engaged in the human resources industry for more than 20 years. In 2008, he joined to largest HR company in Japan, Recruit, and he was assigned to move to Delhi as the first Recruit Group expatriate in India, and started the business as the business manager of India business in Recruit. After returning to Japan, he set up an organization to support Japanese people who want to work overseas. In 2016, he founded Miraist Private Limited in Delhi, India, has been providing personnel consulting and recruitment support for many Indian Japanese companies.
