Job Description This position is for a Controlling Specialist who will be primarily responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and cost controlling in an accounting and finance department in the industrial/manufacturing industry.


Description

* Conduct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Perform cost controlling and variance analysis.
* Develop financial models to support decision making.
* Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording and verifying financial transactions.
* Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership.
* Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes and operations.
* Comply with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
* Provide insightful, strategic recommendations to the leadership based on financial analysis.


Profile

A successful 'Controlling Specialist' should have:

* Extensive knowledge in financial planning, budgeting, and controlling.
* A solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
* Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
* Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Japanese and English.
