An exciting opportunity has become available for a Finance Manager at a reputable Fashion retail company in Tokyo. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in financial management, general accounting, budget planning, and cash management. Description * Oversee and manage all aspects of financial management, including general accounting, budget planning, and cash management. * Support tax preparation and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. * Manage monthly and annual financial reporting and communicate with internal and external auditors. * Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets. * Effectively manage and coordinate people within the department. * Work with SAP software to streamline financial processes. * Communicate effectively in both Japanese and English. Profile A successful Finance Manager should have: * A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. * Proficiency in both Japanese and English. * Experience with SAP software. * An understanding of general accounting principles. * Experience in financial reporting, budget planning, and cash management. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external auditors. * A strong sense of integrity and the ability to maintain internal control procedures.
