The Financial Controller position is a pivotal role in the Accounting & Finance department of the service company. This position will overview financial accounting by managing 2 Accountants, while focusing on the FP&A side of the business. Description * Act as a business partner to the GM * Focus on the FP&A side of the business * Overview Accounting side of the business * Manage 2 Accountants * Support process improvements Profile A successful Financial Controller should have: * Finance experience * Some Understanding of Accounting * Management experience will be an advantage * N3+ Japanese level * Business level English * Full-time work permission in Japan Job Offer This position will be open to consider potential candidates and open to raise and develop the talents within the company.
