仕事内容 |
The Assistant Brand Manager role involves managing assigned brands to achieve financial and share goals, while assisting supervisors for effective brand management. This position collaborates with various departments to develop and execute marketing strategies and programs. Description * Collaborate with Brand Manager and Japan Marketing team to develop and execute brand strategies and commercial programs. * Lead planning and execution of marketing programs for assigned brands. * Work with R&D to develop product innovation and execute launch plans. * Manage brand building budget and analyse sales performance. * Coordinate cross-brand promotion planning and execution. Profile * Minimum four-year university degree. * 3-5 years of successful brand management experience in consumer goods. * Experience in digital marketing preferred. * Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
