仕事内容	The Communications Manager will lead internal communications and external communications strategies, including supporting local leadership and company-wide initiatives. The role involves writing compelling content in both Japanese and English and managing relationships with key stakeholders. Description * Develop and execute internal communications strategy. * Write and edit content for internal channels in both Japanese and English. * Act as a communications partner to business leaders. * Manage relationships with local leaders and stakeholders. * Support development of external/client communications. * Maintain corporate materials and respond to inquiries. * Collaborate on social media content development. Profile * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English. * 5+ years experience in corporate communications or related field. * Strong project management skills. * Ability to grasp information quickly and tell compelling stories. * Client-focused with dedication to quality work.
