Everise, parent company to the BPO firm C3/CustomerContactChannels and
UBASE, Korea’s largest Customer Management provider. The joint venture, headquartered in Singapore, has
opened a multilingual hub located in Kuala Lumpur to provide a customer experience solution for multinational corporations.
We provide support in virtually any language, and is scalable and technologically powered to ensure that each experience—in any language—is the best it can possible be.
Our goal is to create a global customer experience with native language speakers supporting other native speakers.
How? Native speakers are relocated to Malaysia to work at Globee.
These native language speakers are then trained to be brand experts for our clients, and can represent them to customers in the strongest way possible.
