A recruitment consultant is the intermediary between organizations wishing to recruit staff and professionals seeking a job change or career advancement. Successful recruitments consultant will meet the needs of both the client and the candidate to ensure the best fit. The key responsibilities of a recruitment consultant include:
- Managing the full recruitment process - from candidate screening through to interview, performance feedback and offer negotiation
- Building new clients through business development
- Developing strong relationships with clients and understand business and market trends.
