We support the "Telework Tokyo Rules" initiative promoted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and have declared ourselves a telework practice company. As a company that practices the "Telework Tokyo Rules," we are working to establish telework. We have introduced telework to improve employees' "hourly work schedules, work-life balance, and productivity."
Due to the revision of the Childcare and Family Care Leave Act from fiscal year 2025, employers will be required to make an effort to introduce teleworking, which will not only enable flexible working styles but also improve the work-life balance of employees and create a working environment that leads to increased productivity.
Operational Rules
-Those who have received approval from their supervisor will work remotely three days a week.
・Telework will be approved if the following conditions are met, regardless of length of employment.
1. Family reasons (illness, caregiving)
2. If there is a risk that coming to work will cause inconvenience to others due to an infectious disease (if you are not feeling well enough to come to work, you will generally be off work)
