When I was a student, I applied to about 200 companies for job hunting, but it didn't go well at all. I had the impression that many Japanese companies were trying to recruit foreigners, but were not actually hiring them. Even though I said on the surface that I didn't discriminate against foreigners, I felt that there was invisible discrimination, and I had a really hard time getting hired.
Currently, in Japan, where the population is decreasing and workers are needed, I feel that the use of international students is essential. I also learned that there are many students like me who want to work in Japan but don't know how to do it, so I established a company that matches students and companies.
Our company aims to solve human resources problems in each country by providing matching services between overseas and domestic educational institutions, overseas university students, and Japanese companies.
Furthermore, we provide support for employees from overseas until they become established after joining the company.
Each person is an asset to the company, and our goal is to find the best match for both parties. We help people looking for work and companies build harmonious relationships.
