Job Description |
As a leading company in the cut flower import industry, we purchase cut flowers from producers around the world, import them to our own refrigerated facilities in Japan, process them, and sell them wholesale. Starting with planning the procurement, we have expanded our domestic market share by carrying out a wide range of tasks globally, from new development, procurement into Japan, quality control, and domestic sales. [Specific work content] ・Planning procurement and sales plans with a medium to long-term perspective ・Negotiating and ordering (purchasing) with overseas suppliers ・Handling transportation paperwork ・Negotiating and selling (sales) with the domestic flower market ・Inspecting and improving the quality of products ・Production areas and product development ・Collaborating with members of domestic and overseas bases (short-term adjustments, long-term strategies, etc.) ・Team management (3-4 people, 5-6 people) ■Job characteristics: ・Depending on the product you are responsible for, you will have the opportunity to travel overseas approximately once or twice a year.
