Job Description In the back-end development of "WealthNavi", you will be involved in a series of phases including planning, design, development, and operation.
Details of the work will vary depending on the team to which you are assigned. Basically, this is a position where you will lead the development of new functions to improve and enhance products that can be used more comfortably and for longer by more customers, identify problems with existing functions and propose solutions, verify the effectiveness after launching functions, and improve functions from the back end.
They have built an open relationship within the team where opinions can be exchanged and it is easy to propose organizational improvements without confining the team to the engineering domain, and the emphasis is on solving problems as a team in order to provide maximum value to customers.
You will be assigned to one of the following teams, which will be determined according to your orientation and aptitude.

【Financial Systems Development Team】
Wealth Navi is a service that is designed to be used by customers throughout their lives.
In the financial industry, there are many legal requirements, and when products are created while meeting these requirements, the procedures required at the start of asset management and while continuing to use the system become complicated.

The mission of the financial system development team is to provide better services with simple UIUX so that customers can start using the services without any burden, and to build, deliver, and constantly improve services, products, and operation systems for long-lasting use.

▼Responsibilities
You will be responsible for one of the following tasks
・Design and implementation of APIs and batch processing in the back-end of systems used directly by customers, and renewal of procedural management mechanisms and system architecture.
・Development and automation of web systems used by internal operators and sales staff of partner companies, commonization of business system accounts with a focus on development of externally linked processes, renewal of authentication and authorization mechanisms, etc.

【Service Function Development Team】
The mission of this team is to develop and operate services to support the asset building of each user.
The team is in charge of the part of the backend group that is closest to the customer, and is working to develop functions and improve UX to promote long-term use by users, provide a stable system, and improve the development environment to maximize LTV.

・5+ years of experience in Java and SpringBoot development
