Job Description The company is developing modern applications by efficiently utilizing AWS and other cloud products and collaborative products to achieve early realization of customers' business. Specifically, they are involved in the total process from upstream to downstream, starting with planning and consulting for cloud environment-based systems such as AWS, requirement definition, design, development/testing, and operation management. They support their clients with a wide range of projects from small to large scale development, flexibly adapting to their needs and providing continuous delivery. Requirements		 【Required】
・5+ years of front-end or server-side web development experience
・Experience in development using frameworks such as Java + Springboot, Python + Django, PHP + Laravel
・Experience as a project manager/leader in web development
・Experience in communicating with customers regarding requirement specifications, etc.
・Experience in basic and detailed design
・Experience in progress management and training of members, junior members, and subordinates

【Preferred】
・Experience in a managerial position in an organization
・Experience as a Scrum Master
・Experience in Scrum development
・Experience with system architecture
・Experience in working with cloud products (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
