Job Description In a project to develop multi-protocol data routing equipment required for satellite optical communications, you will be responsible for the HDL design of hardware blocks, stand-alone operation and co-operative operation testing with software.
Company Info The company, a venture originating from the Tsukuba University, will dramatically change the space industry and space utilization, and contribute to the evolution and expansion of a sustainable global economic sphere, by building the world's first inter-satellite optical communication network service using small satellites, based on former JAXA personnel and business savvy. They are currently in the process of designing the world's first inter-satellite optical communication network service for low earth orbit satellites for release in 2023. The organization is flat, with members ranging from 10 to 70 years old, including part-timers, and from diverse technical, business, and other backgrounds.

Requirements		 【Required】
・Skills in baseband signal processing method development, circuit design, modulation and error correction in telecommunications and other areas.
・Experience in software and hardware collaborative system design (communication speeds of 100 Mbps or higher desirable) and development design, through to commercialisation and practical application.
・Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to apply these to intra- and inter-team interactions.

【Preferred】
・Experience in hardware design and development of communication routers
・Experience in FPGA-based hardware development and ASIC design (analogue specification, digital design)
・Cooperative system development of hardware and software in Linux-based arm architecture
・Technical communication skills in English with overseas engineers
