◆ Work overview: Japanese-English bilingual IT on-site support ・Approximately 40 users, mainly face-to-face IT support on one floor ・Different from a normal IT help desk, there are no separate service lines such as L1 and L2, and in principle one person will provide on-site IT problem-solving support. Below are examples of content. ・Lifecycle management of user devices (PCs, iPhones, etc.) and office IT equipment ・Management of staff onboarding and offboarding (joining and leaving the company) ・Collaboration with major vendors (software, hardware, building management) ・Collaboration with the digital workplace of the global headquarters and APAC region ・Close collaboration with the digital workplace of each group company under the holding company (exchanging best practices, supporting the implementation of group standards, etc.) ・Management of ad-hoc projects (OS migration, introduction of new tools and solutions, etc.) ・Support for special events and meetings |

Job Requirements |
・Experience in IT support at a foreign company (global environment) (essential) ・Someone who can handle everything from problems to solutions, not just partial IT support such as Level 1 (first-line support) and Level 2 (second-line support). Someone who can tackle new problems every day rather than routine work ・Service-oriented, good interpersonal skills, cooperative and team player ・Business level English (reading, writing, speaking), Japanese conversation is OK * Nationality does not matter (Preference is given to those who can speak English over Japanese.) ・Able to work flexible hours as needed (Since the head office is in Europe, not every day, but there are evening and night hours) IT experience skills handled ・Windows 11, iOS ・Microsoft Teams online, Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, print server, Workspace ONE, Apple Business Manager, ZOOM, etc. |
