Job Description The Sales Manager for the automation business in Japan will focus on driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and developing strong customer relationships.


Description

* Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
* Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
* Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers.
* Monitoring and analysing performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
* Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
* Providing timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
* Staying up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.


Profile

A successful Sales Manager should have:

* Proven work experience in the automation electronics field.
* An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
* Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
* Strong communication skills with a proficiency in Japanese and English.
* Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
