A Sales Manager position is available for a motivated individual with a flair for sales development in the heat exchanger industry. Description * Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies. * Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts. * Oversee the preparation and management of sales budgets and forecasts. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis. * Provide periodic sales reports to company management. * Facilitate client meetings and negotiations to drive sales. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Profile A successful Sales Manager should have: * Proven experience in a sales management role in the heat exchanger industry or similar technology * Ability to communicate fluently in Japanese and English with external customers and partners * Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset. * Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering field.
