[Job Description] You will be responsible for accounts of companies considering hiring global talent, from small and medium-sized enterprises to large corporations. ①Business development work for companies considering global recruitment ・Introducing global talent (mainly engineers) ・Proposing global lab services (supporting lab-type recruitment projects in Vietnam and Thailand) ②Career consulting work for global talent ・Responsible for career interviews, company recommendations, interview arrangements, etc., mainly for engineers. ③Planning work with business partners (Thailand, Vietnam, M&A platforms) ・Participate in new projects currently underway and work with partners in each country to promote business growth.
