Job Description |
You'll support internal users of a company-wide web analytics platform. The role includes user inquiries, documentation, and product training within a data-focused team. 職務内容 * Respond to internal user inquiries and coordinate with product/engineering teams * Deliver product demonstrations to internal users * Create and maintain manuals, FAQs, and knowledge base articles * Ensure product performance aligns with user needs * Deepen expertise in the product and related internal processes 理想の人材 * Experience creating user manuals or training materials * Background in IT product support (Tier 1) or training * Hands-on experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics * Business-level English (TOEIC 800+) and ability to read/write Japanese 条件・待遇 * Use both Japanese and English in a global team * Opportunity to work in a data-centric tech environment * Exposure to internal products used across multiple business units * Hybrid work flexibility may be available To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
