Job Description A Customer Service & Logistics Specialist ensures timely and accurate order processing, delivery coordination, and customer support while managing logistics operations to uphold the company's mission of saving lives. Customer Support

* Handling customer inquiries related to orders, products, and services.
* Ensuring timely and accurate communication to address concerns and provide solutions.
* Building strong relationships with clients, including healthcare professionals, institutions, and distributors.

* Managing end-to-end order fulfillment, including order entry, updates, and tracking.
* Coordinating with internal teams like sales, production, and finance to ensure smooth operations.

Logistics Coordination

* Ensuring on-time delivery of products by collaborating with shipping and logistics providers.
* Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with warehouse teams to fulfill orders.
* Managing import/export documentation and compliance with regulations.

* Handling escalations and finding resolutions that align with company policies and customer satisfaction.
