| Job Description |
We will be handling a wide range of logistics tasks, mainly ordering and shipping parts such as hoses and meters used in cranes. [Details] [Ordering] Accept orders for purchase requests from customers. After checking our own inventory or the inventory at our German headquarters, we will carry out ordering. [Shipping request] Create purchase orders based on the order content and request shipping from the warehouse staff. [Other] Handling returns from customers, creating invoices, managing deliveries, managing warehouses, creating bills, picking up products in the warehouse, etc. [Customers] We have a lot of contact with construction sites that use cranes. [Products] Large cranes used to build huge structures such as highways, bridges, and power plants, ranging from 80 to 1,100 ton super-large cranes. [Strengths] We have been selling in Japan for about 20 years. We have established a customer base, and we are receiving more inquiries and customer referrals from existing customers. We focus not only on the quality of our products, but also on after-sales support after delivery, so our service system has earned us trust. |
