Job Description I'm hiring a Junior HRBP for a multinational company in the chemical industry! If you're looking to step into a strategic HR role and grow in a dynamic, global environment, this could be a great fit.


Description

Provide comprehensive HR support across multiple sites for Manufacturing & Engineering (M&E) functions

Manage union relations and labor/employee relations (LR/ER) issues nationwide

Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement people strategies

Advise People leaders on employee and labor relations priorities

Ensure compliance with local Japanese labor laws and regulation


Profile

Strong HR potential with a keen business mindset

B2B industry experience is a plus

Fluent in Japanese & business-level English

Never satisfied with the status quo
