Job Description |
Handing inquiries and providing user support via email and chat. Coordinating with internal departments to resolve user issues. Monitoring and ensuring a safe online environment for users. Collecting and analyzing user feedback for service improvement. This role does not require prior experience, making it an excellent opportunity for those interested in an IT-related office job where they can actively use English. |

Working Hours |
Shift system: 9 AM~6 PM 5-day workweek with 2 guaranteed days off, no overtime pressure. |
Job Requirements |
Required Skills (MUST have): Business-level English and Japanese proficiency (writing and reading) Basic computer skills (email, chat, and document processing) Strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory): Experience in customer support, user support, or call center roles Proficiency in additional languages (besides English and Japanese) Interest in social media, online community management, or IT services |
