In particular, in each of our bases in Japan, Dubai, and Singapore, it is urgent to restructure our HR system to accommodate rapid growth. In a global business environment, it is required to design and implement a consistent HR strategy and compensation system in each country, and this position plays a central role. We expect you to use your experience to lead the design and implementation of HR systems on a global scale with us and support the growth of the entire company. In particular, the design of the compensation system is an immediate issue, and you will be strategically active towards establishing a globally unified HR system. [Job description] As a global HR group manager, you will lead the design and implementation of global HR strategies and compensation systems while responding to our company's rapid business expansion. In particular, you will be required to build a consistent HR system in each of our bases in Japan, Dubai, and Singapore, and make adjustments from a global perspective while responding to the characteristics of each country. In this position, you will work closely with HR teams and superiors in each country, and support the growth of the entire organization from an HR perspective while being involved in practical work as a playing manager. You will be expected to demonstrate leadership in all aspects of the HR field, including designing compensation systems, measures to improve employee engagement, and building education and training systems.
