Job Description |
Our Sales Assistant will support the entire sales team and play an important role in supporting the efficiency of business operations. Specifically, we will actively support the sales team to perform at their best by managing the progress of sales activities, preparing data, and coordinating between the sales team and other departments. We will also be involved in proposing improvements to business processes and streamlining them, contributing to improving the team's productivity. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks. ■Management of sales data (using CRM system): Update and manage data necessary for sales activities in real time, so that the entire team can share information smoothly. ■Preparation and submission of sales reports: By preparing regular sales reports and submitting them to relevant parties, you can grasp the progress of sales activities and provide information necessary for decision-making. ■Support for the creation of sales materials such as contracts and proposals: Support the creation of contracts and proposals to be submitted to customers by the sales team, and help ensure that the materials are accurate and effective. ■Management and organization of customer information: Centrally manage customer information, and organize and update data so that sales activities can proceed smoothly. ■Adjusting schedules and setting meetings for the sales team: Manage the sales team's schedule and arrange and set up important meetings and appointments. ■General administrative procedures necessary for sales activities: Handle administrative procedures to smoothly advance sales activities (e.g. processing contract documents, administrative procedures with each payment company, etc.). ■Collaboration with other departments (marketing, customer support, etc.): Work closely with the marketing department and customer support team to support sales activities and adjust operations. ■Work that contributes to improving the sales team's performance: Propose and implement improvement measures to make sales activities more efficient and improve team performance. |

Working Hours |
Flextime, 8-hour shift Core time: 10:00-15:00 *Remote work is possible, and depending on the department and position, full remote work is also possible. During the trial period, you will mainly work in the office. After that, you will work from home and in the office at the same time, or fully remotely. ■You can freely decide your working hours as long as they are within the core time (10:00-15:00 Japan time). If you are working outside of Japan, we can accommodate more flexible work arrangements, but we would prefer that your working hours overlap with Japanese business hours. |
Job Requirements |
Eligibility: ■Work experience in sales administration or related roles (2+ years) ■Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) ■Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ■Multitasking ability to efficiently handle a variety of tasks ■Value teamwork and be flexible ■Can read and write English ■Ability to smoothly handle daily administrative tasks Welcome skills and experience: ■Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot ■Work experience in IT, SaaS, and payment-related companies ■Ability to adapt to flexible work styles at startups and growth-phase companies |
