[Job Summary] Under the guidance of the accounting manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks. - Daily document issuance - Monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting procedures Support the accounting manager in the following tasks - Project-specific cost calculation - Disclosure procedures (creation of securities reports, semi-annual reports, financial statements, business reports, etc.) - Accounting audit support/response to lead underwriters/tax investigations - Building, operating, and improving accounting workflow - Planning accounting policies, negotiating with auditing firms - Support for company-wide budget creation, monthly budget vs. actuals management support |

| Job Requirements |
[Required conditions] -Business level English skills -Native level Japanese Practical experience in the following accounting tasks -Monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting [Preferred conditions] -Accounting experience in the IT and consulting industries -Experience in IPO preparation -Experience in M&A PMI -Experience in preparing corporate and consumption tax returns -Accounting qualification of Level 2 or higher for Nissho Bookkeeping -Practical experience in consolidated financial statements (parent company side) -Practical experience in disclosure work -Practical experience dealing with auditing firms [Desired personality] -A person who can work with ambition, motivation, and a sense of responsibility -A person who can think and act independently -A person who can cooperate with others, demonstrate leadership, and be proactive -A person who can respond flexibly to the environment and changes -A person who can work with a sense of speed |
