Job Description [Job Summary]
We are looking for an accounting manager candidate who can lead the establishment of an accounting team in anticipation of our IPO.  
In preparation for future business expansion, you will be in charge of all accounting and finance and accounting team operations. As a playing manager, you will also be directly responsible for the following tasks:  

- Management of the accounting team
- Education of accounting staff
- Management and education of accounting staff at subsidiaries
- Compiling monthly, quarterly and annual accounting (including consolidated accounting at the parent company)
- Compiling cost accounting by project
- Disclosure work (preparation of securities reports, semi-annual reports, financial statements, business reports, etc.)
- Responding to accounting audits/responding to lead underwriters/responding to tax investigations
- Building, operating and improving accounting workflows
- Planning accounting policies and negotiating with auditing firms
- Supporting the creation of company-wide budgets and monthly actual-to-budget management, etc.
