An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Head of Marketing to lead and drive the marketing initiatives of a prestigious Golf brand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Golf, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. Description * Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the company. * Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve company's goals. * Oversee market research and adjust marketing strategy in accordance with market trends. * Develop and manage marketing budget. * Establish relationships with key industry players and stakeholders. * Coordinate with sales team to align marketing and sales strategies. * Drive brand awareness and position the company as a leader in the industry. * Track and analyze performance metrics to guide future marketing efforts. Profile A successful Head of Marketing should have: * A degree in Marketing, Business or related field. * Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the sports industry. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. * Excellent understanding of marketing strategies and market research methods. * Native level Japanese and Business level English. * Interest in Golf.
