[Job Summary] This is a business development position in the Commerce Department, which is in charge of merchandise sales for the VTuber agency. With the aim of expanding our official EC and stores both domestically and overseas, you will contribute as a potential leader who will solve current issues, develop new opportunities, and drive business growth. We are looking for members who are active globally and will work with us to take on strategic challenges for our next business growth. "VTuber" is an internet culture that originated in Japan in 2016. In order to spread Japanese two-dimensional content, including VTubers, to the world, our company develops content using the latest technology, such as optical motion capture technology and virtual space production using a variety of effects, and provides unprecedented two-dimensional entertainment through co-creation with creators of various genres. We are also developing a new platform to deepen communication between VTubers and their fans. Until now, VTuber activities have centered on live streaming on YouTube, and communication with fans has been limited to via the comment function. We are fully launching the Metaverse project, which realizes mutual communication, such as developing an online community for interaction between fans and a virtual space where you can participate in live shows, events, and games in the same space as the VTubers. |

[Salary] Expected annual salary: 6 million to 10 million yen *Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours.
