Job Description |
You will be responsible for accounting work at a Japanese office equipment sales company headquartered in Taiwan. ▼Job Description You will be responsible for inputting Excel data and purchase orders, etc. ・Order management, shipping instructions ・Settlement work (monthly, annual), preparation of consolidated budgets ・Funds management (expense settlement, etc., salary and bonus calculations, labor management) ・Preparation of delivery notes and invoices, etc. ・Import work, liaison with overseas factories ・Customs clearance requests to importers ・Preparation of reports to the Taiwanese headquarters (Chinese language required) ・Business trips to Taiwan about once a year (duration: 2-3 days) Scope of job changes after joining the company: Within the scope determined by the company |
