Job Description The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies in alignment with global objectives, managing the marketing budget, and collaborating with internal and external teams to drive brand visibility and performance. You will oversee the development of key marketing initiatives and lead a team to execute these plans effectively.


Description

* Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business and branding objectives.
* Manage marketing budgets, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
* Create and oversee weekly, monthly, and annual marketing plans, ensuring day-to-day management.
* Develop and manage full-funnel marketing plans with measurable KPIs.
* Track and report media budget allocation and spending for internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate with HQ in Korea to implement global campaigns and guidelines.
* Measure success, analyze data, and improve effectiveness through ongoing evaluation.
* Increase brand visibility through collaboration with PR and retail teams.
* Work closely with agencies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
* Provide leadership and support to the team, fostering positive culture and development.
* Drive cross-functional collaboration to align teams and achieve company-wide goals.


Profile

* Experience in integrated marketing, ideally within beauty or fashion.
* Hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and ability to execute multiple tasks efficiently.
* Previous experience in people management and team development.
* Experience in working in a global business environment.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
