Job Description [Job Summary]
The HR department will be responsible for all aspects of mid-career recruitment, from strategy planning to execution.
You will gain a deeper understanding of the business and job types through your work, and may be asked to expand your scope of work depending on your abilities and aptitude.

-Recruitment management
Market research, discussions with department managers, requirements definition, and expansion to various media)
-Candidate pool formation
Selection and operation of recruitment methods (currently, recruitment agencies and direct recruiting are the main routes)
-Selection support
Document screening, interviews, salary negotiations, follow-up after job offer, etc.
-Other
Planning and execution of recruitment methods, improvements to the selection process, administrative processing such as issuance of orders associated with recruitment work, onboarding support after recruitment, etc.

- 3+ years of experience in mid-career recruitment at a business company
- PC skills (basic level of Excel etc., preferred)

■Preferred
- Experience in internal negotiation and coordination regarding personnel placement and transfers
- Experience in planning, drafting, and operation of various personnel systems
- Experience in administrative processing such as personnel order registration
- Experience in planning and operating onboarding support
