[Job Summary] The HR department will be responsible for all aspects of mid-career recruitment, from strategy planning to execution. You will gain a deeper understanding of the business and job types through your work, and may be asked to expand your scope of work depending on your abilities and aptitude. -Recruitment management Market research, discussions with department managers, requirements definition, and expansion to various media) -Candidate pool formation Selection and operation of recruitment methods (currently, recruitment agencies and direct recruiting are the main routes) -Selection support Document screening, interviews, salary negotiations, follow-up after job offer, etc. -Other Planning and execution of recruitment methods, improvements to the selection process, administrative processing such as issuance of orders associated with recruitment work, onboarding support after recruitment, etc. |
