Job Description The Contract Specialist is a pivotal role in the life science industry, responsible for managing and overseeing contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring all parties meet the necessary requirements.


Description

* Oversee the contract lifecycle, from initiation to completion.
* Ensure all parties involved in contracts meet their obligations.
* Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of all contract details.
* Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure smooth contract management.
* Prepare and present contract reports to senior management.
* Identify potential risks and provide effective solutions.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the life science industry.


Profile

A successful Contract Specialist should have:

* A degree in Law, Business, or related field.
* Experience in contract management or related roles.
* Strong knowledge of the life science industry and healthcare regulations.
* Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in English and Japanese language.
