Job Description Seeking a seasoned Senior Brand Manager with a flair for creative marketing strategies to strengthen their main brand presence in the Retail industry.


Description

* Develop and implement strategic brand initiatives for the brand
* Lead cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
* Analyze consumer trends and market data to inform brand strategies
* Oversee the creation of engaging marketing materials and campaigns
* Foster relationships with key stakeholders to promote brand exposure
* Monitor and report on brand performance and customer feedback
* Coordinate with the Marketing & Agency department to drive brand awareness
* Contribute to the overall success of the company by achieving key performance indicators


Profile

A successful Senior Brand Manager should have:

* A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
* Proven experience in brand management within the Retail industry
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* A creative mindset with a deep understanding of marketing trends and strategies
* Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deadlines effectively
