[Recruitment background] This is an increase in staff for new development at circusAGENT. CircusAGENT is currently a rapidly growing product, growing 200% compared to the same month last year. We would like to continue to drive the development of new functions as the product continues to grow. Currently, all developers are external contract engineers. As a result, - We are unable to design business logic and core parts in-house - We are unable to transfer know-how - Development process improvements are not producing the expected results We are therefore looking for members who can be entrusted with the core parts and who will be central to future product development. [Future structure] By hiring for this position, you will take on the role of Developer in the current Scrum development. As a full-time Developer, we would like to promote not only development within the team, but also the accumulation of design skills and know-how within the team, and process improvements.
