Salary details: Annual income: 4.5 million yen / 3rd year with the company (25 years old) Annual income: 6.5 million yen / 5th year with the company (32 years old) Annual income: 9 million yen / 10th year with the company (35 years old) *This is just a guideline. By acquiring qualifications and utilizing the department's unique evaluation system, it is possible to increase your annual income over the medium to long term. Tokyo Head Office: Monthly salary 230,000 to 450,000 yen *Preferential treatment will be given considering working experience, skills, age, previous salary amount, etc. *The above includes deemed overtime pay for 20 hours (29,000 yen to 60,000 yen).
