■You will be responsible for electrical and electronic design and development work based on your aptitude, experience, and wishes at the manufacturer’s research institute or development base. An example of the job description is below.
〇In-vehicle electrical and electronic design development (automobiles, in-vehicle electrical components, etc.)
〇Circuit design and development for IoT devices and information communication devices
〇Electrical design and development of robots, precision equipment, and automatic machines
〇Electrical and electronic design development for medical/medical equipment, home appliances, etc.
〇LSI circuit design, etc.
*Training will be required upon joining the company. After thoroughly learning specialized knowledge and development tools, you will be responsible for electrical and electronic design and development work.

■Employment type:

■Education and training system:

Salary details:
■Annual salary example (minimum annual salary with 1 year of experience)
・Technical college regular graduate: 3.78 million yen
・Bachelor's degree/Technical college graduate: 3.88 million yen
・Master's degree: 4.08 million yen
*Annual salary includes monthly average overtime of 18.1 hours and bonus payment results for the previous year.

Monthly salary: 233,000 yen to 292,000 yen
Monthly (basic salary): 193,000 yen to 207,000 yen
Other fixed allowances/month: 40,000 yen to 85,000 yen
Salary increase once a year (April), bonus twice a year (July and December)
Trial period: 3 months (no change in treatment during the trial period)

*Fixed allowances include area-free allowance, qualification allowance, and housing allowance.
*The amount may be further increased depending on the place of residence and qualifications obtained.
