Salary details: ■Annual salary example (minimum annual salary with 1 year of experience) ・Technical college regular graduate: 3.78 million yen ・Bachelor's degree/Technical college graduate: 3.88 million yen ・Master's degree: 4.08 million yen *Annual salary includes monthly average overtime of 18.1 hours and bonus payment results for the previous year. Monthly salary: 233,500 yen to 426,000 yen Monthly (basic salary): 193,500 yen to 284,000 yen Other fixed allowances/month: 40,000 yen to 142,000 yen Salary increase once a year (April), bonus twice a year (July and December) Trial period: 3 months (no change in treatment during the trial period) *Fixed allowances include area-free allowance, position allowance, qualification allowance, housing allowance, and family allowance. *Determined based on experience and skills.
