Job Description ・Work start scheme after training program
・Training will be conducted remotely
・After joining the company, you can start working with peace of mind by taking 2 months of classroom/practical training.
・New graduates who studied embedded systems during their student days and those with little work experience are also welcome.
・Many projects from major manufacturers and excellent companies including Panasonic
・Since this is a limited area employee, in principle, there is no transfer that involves moving to another home.

[Training overview (planned)]
・20 days of classroom lectures: IT basics, embedded programming basics/applications
・20 days of practical training: Practical training using RTOS
*Training is a combination of on-site and remote training

[Example of assigned project]
・Development of embedded control software for home appliances
・General robot development (control system development)
・Embedded development of network cameras and IoT devices
・Driver development for camera products
・Design and development of image processing digital circuits

Description		 Salary details:
・Model annual income
Annual income: 4.1 million yen / 25 years old (*Bonus twice a year + overtime allowance of 20 hours/month)
Annual income: 4.6 million yen / 27 years old (*Bonus twice a year + overtime allowance of 20 hours/month)
Annual income: 5 million yen / 31 years old (*Bonus twice a year + overtime allowance 20 hours/month assumed)

■Salary
・Monthly salary: 260,000 yen to 320,000 yen
*Determined based on experience, ability, etc.
*Various allowances (overtime allowance, transportation expenses, etc.) will be paid separately.
*Bonus paid twice a year (2 months worth per year)

■Salary increase/bonus
・Salary increase: Once a year (April)
・Bonus: Twice a year (June, December)
