Job Description [Backend Engineer]
This is a backend engineer’s job related to apps and systems.

・Technical verification and selection

・Application design, development, and testing

・Development of financial trading systems using Java and Golang

・System alerts and inquiry investigation/failure response
*Depending on experience and ability, you will be responsible for the following as a playing manager.

・Analysis of business requirements, negotiation with business departments

・Collecting system requirements taking into account quality, operational maintenance, etc., and managing development projects

・Promoting business efficiency/automation (maintenance and management of development environments including CI/CD environments, quality maintenance and management through SET)

Working Hours [Day shift]

10:00-19:00 (60-minute break)

*Work 5 days a week

Requirements		 Technical/Humanities/International Affairs
Back-end engineer

-Japanese level: N2 required (certificate required)

-Business level Japanese

-Able to read and write Japanese

-Able to use honorific business language in Japanese

*Experience in any of the following

-Able to adapt to multiple languages (Java, Go, Python, Javascript)

-Experience implementing unit tests

-Experience reviewing code

*Experience below will be preferred

-Experience developing financial systems (or systems with high transaction volume)

-Experience in operating or designing financial systems (or systems with high transaction volume)

-Experience developing and operating log analysis platforms using fluentd, etc.

-Experience operating AWS

-Application development experience using C, C++

-Financial and financial knowledge

*Experience below will be preferred

-Experience in specification review and requirements definition in system development

-Development experience in Java, Golang, C++

-Experience building/operating cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, etc.

-Experience connecting to DBMS and tuning SQL for Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL

*Experience in technical/humanities/international affairs, etc.

*Able to work in Japan

Description		 [Basic monthly salary] 416,666 yen to 1,000,000 yen (depending on experience and skills)

*The monthly salary example is calculated based on 20 hours of overtime per month. (Includes 65,100 yen overtime pay)
