| Job Description |
1. On-site facility management duties Maintain and manage all electrical, air conditioning, water supply and drainage, fire protection, and sanitation equipment installed in buildings. 2. Patrol facility management duties Drive a vehicle to visit each facility and inspect the facilities for abnormalities. Also provide initial response to abnormalities in the facilities. 3. Facility security duties At some locations, we also perform facility security duties, which combine facility management duties with security duties. *Clearance of scope of legal changes to duties: Duties may change in the future. Details will be provided during the interview. |
