A "service engineer" who can respond quickly and accurately to customer requests regarding building facilities. We also make proposals for energy conservation measures and improving the asset value of buildings. -Responding to inquiries from building owners and tenants -Planning, designing, estimating, ordering and on-site supervision of construction work -Negotiations and on-site supervision with partner companies -Inspection, maintenance, operation and monitoring of building facilities (electricity, air conditioning, water supply and drainage, etc.) *Clearance of scope of legal changes to work content: Work content may change in the future. Details will be provided during the interview. |
