Key Responsibilities: Assist in Demand Review meetings by preparing rolling forecasts and demand projections.Develop accurate demand forecasts using statistical analysis and sales trend evaluations.Evaluate forecast accuracy by comparing it to actual sales and analyzing sales trends across channels and SKU performance.Ensure demand forecasts are aligned with financial projections through collaboration with the finance team.Upload demand forecasts for supply planning and ensure timely product availability to meet inventory targets.Work closely with Galderma plants to optimize stock levels and meet delivery schedules.Manage daily shipping data, submit month-to-date (MTD) shipping reports, and coordinate with plants for timely deliveries.Handle LSP communications for customs clearance while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.Partner with the commercial team to address slow-moving stock and maintain accurate inventory reporting. |

| Job Requirements |
Job Requirements:• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.• Strong background in Demand Forecasting and Planning, includingsupporting the S&OP process.• Experience managing 30-50 SKUs.• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.• Ability to work independently in a lean organization with minimalsupervision.• Experience in FMCG industries is preferred.• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English. |
