| Job Description |
Key Responsibilities: ⚫ Develop and maintain close relationships with press, opinion leaders, freelance journalists, stylists and others in fashion industry. ⚫ Plan and coordinate editorial opportunities with editors in consideration of local merchandising and retail priorities, arranging all the administrative coordination with accuracy and quality. ⚫ Handle press activities such as seasonal press presentation, press release, press appointments, and giftings. ⚫ Support the production of publicity collateral, media alerts and press releases. ⚫ Prepare and fact check all credit information and public relations collateral for editors. ⚫ Handle daily editorial outreach; pitching/seeking out editorial opportunities in-line with communications strategy. ⚫ Communication with HQ team for global communication plans. ⚫ Manage editorial pulls, PR sample, and coordinate photo shoots. ⚫ Manage weekly, monthly press & exposure reporting. ⚫ Track all invoice payments for the categories in charge |
