● In-house systems engineer (development staff) - Hearing requests for new tools to improve work efficiency (5%) - Developing and proposing tool specifications (10%) - Creating, testing and releasing macros and programs (10%) - Maintaining existing tools (MS-ACCSS, VB, ASP) (45%) - Creating documentation such as specifications and user guides (10%) - Extracting data from the in-house system database (SQL/MDB) and maintaining data (5%) - Building and managing RPA operations (5%) - Other in-house help desk reception support tasks (10%) |

・People living in Japan ・Japanese language qualification: N1 (native level) required ・People with strong communication skills ・People with a strong spirit of challenge ・People with practical experience in program creation and maintenance ・People with experience in continuing to support existing programs ・Teamwork ※ Required experience and skills ※ ・More than 4 years of experience in creating and using Excel VBA and SQL syntax (required) ・Experience from requirements definition to testing ・Experience creating program specifications ・Creating macros for Microsoft Office ・Experience creating Windows Forms apps that connect to databases using Visual Studio ・Experience creating user guides and specifications for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint |
