[Job Type] Full-time, permanent [Salary range] 9 million yen ~ 13 million yen (mid-level to senior) [Job content] -Identifying issues based on quantitative analysis of the company's products and proposing service, sales, marketing improvement, etc. -Based on the analysis, discussing with stakeholders and acting as a core member in considering growth strategies [Requirements] More than 5 years of experience in the following: -Experience in data analysis at a business company with app/web services -Skills in extracting and aggregating data using SQL -Ability to clearly articulate and define issues, and independently proceed through the analytical cycle of formulating hypotheses and verifying data -Ability to communicate analytical outputs as outcomes that are valuable to stakeholders -Experience in implementing process improvement and service improvement projects in collaboration with other departments. [Welcome skills] -Experience in measuring the effectiveness of marketing and product improvement measures (including A/B testing) -Project and team management experience -Experience with data analysis using programming languages such as Python -Experience in sales planning, KPI management, and business plan creation and operation |
