Job Description [New graduates] Data aggregation and analysis
Work as a data scientist.
Specifically, you will be responsible for data aggregation and business planning related to the management data management DX SaaS "kpiee", a new product released in the fall of 2023, and [New graduates] Business strategy
You will be responsible for business planning department work.
You will be responsible for business KPI management, organizational development strategy formulation, CRM strategy formulation, launch of new departments, etc.

[Work examples]
- Planning, execution, and monitoring of business KPIs (MRR / various sales figures / organizational productivity, etc.)
- Numerical updates of various management indicators and database management (updating data such as sales / selling and general administrative expenses / labor costs compiled monthly for the board of directors and management)
- Cross-departmental project management such as sales, development, customer success, and marketing
- Development of proposal patterns for customers, standardization of tools
- Development and execution of human resource development programs in each department, etc.

Working Hours [Day shift]
9:00-18:00 (60-minute break)
*Work 5 days a week

Corporate Planning
・N2 required (certificate required)
・Business level Japanese
・Able to read and write Japanese
・Able to use honorific business language in Japanese
・Able to respond to conversations and communicate well
・Able to communicate smoothly in writing (as chat such as Slack is used frequently in work)
・University graduate, graduate school graduate (new graduate/graduated)
・29 years old or younger (※To measure career development)
・Experience in building calculation processes using functions in spreadsheet software such as Excel and Google Spreadsheet
※The following would be even better
・Those who have a certificate of passing N1
・Experience in automating data acquisition and aggregation tasks from external tools (SaaS, package systems, etc.) using tools such as Google App Script and Access
※Those who can handle the relevant tasks such as technical/humanities/international affairs
※Those who can work in Japan
