■Job summary: You will be responsible for responding to system monitoring failures for mobile payments. [Specific work content] (1) Detecting system failures and conducting failure analysis...Isolating the failure in response to alarms from the monitoring system (2) Various arrangements when a system failure occurs...Check the manual and arrange for maintenance work and parts delivery according to the content of the failure (3) Report the failure response in English to the system operating company (USA) *The inquiries are routine and will be exchanged mainly by email ■Training content: ・Server training (basic Linux overview, Linux operation, Linux server construction) ・Support for qualifications from other vendors, qualification training system ・Camp training Due to the extensive training, young staff in their 20s and 30s who started with no practical experience are active. ■Assigned department: You will be assigned to the Engineering Services Group. ■Career plan: A personnel interview will be held once a year, and you will have the opportunity to review the results of your work and appeal to your future vision and the work you would like to be involved in. ■Work style You will work on day and night shifts. Night shifts start three or six months after joining the company, once you have completed sufficient training on the job.
